Gareth Hughes

Gareth is the NLTP Development Lead within Strategy, Policy and Planning for the New Zealand Transport Agency.  He joined the Agency in 2008 as a Business Improvement Manager, progressing to his current role in September 2018 where he led the development of the 2018-21 NLTP.

He has a background in strategy development, business planning, transformation, business improvement and change management.  He has worked across central government in business planning, business improvement, transformation, change management and IT system development roles.
