Emily Alleway

Emily Alleway has over 14 years’ experience in the fields of Urban Design, Landscape Architecture and Project Management within New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Emily has recently joined the Transport Planning team as Urban Design lead where her focus is on putting people at the heart of city-shaping decisions to create a vibrant and more liveable Capital.

Emily’s work with both Wellington City Council and the Royal Parks Agency in London, has allowed her to see the positive impact of quality public realm and green space design on urban communities first hand. This has led her interest in socially conscious design and fostering meaningful engagement of the community throughout the design process.
