Who we are
The RCAF consists of an Executive and individual members from the 73 territorial local authorities, the Department of Conservation, Local Government New Zealand and NZ Transport Agency (NZTA).
The RCAF is funded through member subscriptions. All member organisations pay an annual subsidy. More than one representative from a member organisation can attend a meeting but only one representative has voting rights.
NZTA organises and facilitates three one-day meetings (Fora) per year. These consist of short presentations, working group reports and activity updates from member organisations. The Fora are well attended by up to 100 people. For information about Forum meetings click here.
The Executive meets three times a year about four to five weeks prior to each RCA Forum meeting.
