Terms of Reference

In September 2007, the NSEWG reviewed its achievements over the previous ten years, and developed a new Terms of Reference.  This  guided its activities over the next four years.  In November 2011 new Terms of Reference were agreed and a new Management Plan adopted for 2012 to 2014.
