Research and Guidelines Steering Group
The Research and Guidelines Steering Group comprises Nico Claassen of Rotorua District Council, James Hughes of Transit NZ, Lyndon Hammond of Land Transport NZ, John Stock of the Department of Conservation and the convenor, Peter Bailey of Porirua City Council, and the convenors of the working groups, being Ian Marshall of Queenstown Lakes District Council or John Sutton of New Plymouth District Council (COPTTM Local Roads Supplement), Fiona Knight of Cresmere Consulting (Stock Effluent), Bill Horne of Rodney District Council (Level Crossings), Murray Hasler of Gore District Council (Stock Crossings), Graeme Tong of Palmerston North City Council (Stormwater) and Fiona Vessey of Kaipara District Council (for the new Structures Group, still being assembled).
