Register for 2008

To register now for one or more of the 2008 Fora please use the Tax Invoice Registration Form below and indicate the dates of the Fora and the number of people you are registering.

Before you complete the Tax Invoice Registration Form, please read this information carefully:

  • The Registration Form is also a Tax Invoice, therefore, no other invoice or receipt is issued
  • No order number is required
  • For your convenience you can register for all three Fora in a particular year, or register more than one person from your organisation, all on the same form
  • Please complete all details on the form including the Method of Payment section
  • Please ensure you return the form to the contact person on the form either by email, fax or mail.
