RCA Forum Strategic Plan 2007-2009

The Executive meeting in June 2007 discussed reviewing the 2004-2007 Strategic Plan.  Rather than review the whole plan it was decided to ask Convenors to review the targets only, present them to the November 2007 Exec meeting and report back to the December 2007 RCA Forum.  This was in part because the RCA Forum had become an Incorporated Society and the initial targets of the 2004-2007 Strategic Plan were coming to a conclusion.

The review targets for 2007-2009 for the Asset Performance Monitoring Group, Research anmd Guidelines and Administration are available below.
