NZTA Register of Network Standards and guidelines and associated process manual

The attached NZTA Register of Network Standards and guidelines and associated process manual was presented as a work in progress at the September RCA Forum meeting.  The Research and Standards Group will consider the documents at their next meeting and report back at the December meeting of the RCA Forum.
