Forum meetings
The RCAF has three Fora annually. All Fora are at the same venue, the Brentwood Hotel, Kilbirnie, Wellington – approximately 5-10 minutes by taxi, from the airport. Each Forum commences at 9.00 am and finishes at 4.00 pm. There's a 20 minute morning tea break at 10.30 and a one hour lunch break at 12.30 pm. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport.
The registration desk opens at 7.30 am from which time coffee and tea are available.
Dates for the 2010 Fora are:
- 23 April
- 3 September
- 3 December
The agenda, meeting notes, presentations and tax invoice registration form are available under each meeting date.
