Asset performance monitoring
The asset performance monitoring groups’ goal is to “achieve a nationally consistent and robust method of performance measurement which drives industry investment decisions.”
The group is to develop ways to coordinate performance measurement, analyse performance variation and inform the industry of these findings so that decision making can be influenced.
A working group has been established to develop the core set of performance measures and establish a methodology to enable Road Controlling Authorities to benchmark their results against their peers.
